Step 1: Place order online and make payment. Don’t be concerned if you forget something or wish to make corrections. You can contact us at assistant@inlandgifts.com any time during the process and we follow a strict quality control process.
Step 2: We will send you a digital draft of the artwork to your email within 24-48 hours.
Step 3: You check the draft artwork and email us your approval or notice of any changes you need made. If you do not contact us in 48 hours we will go ahead and produce the work to the best standards we can in the form provided.
Step 4: If you make changes, we will revise the artwork for you and keep doing so until you are happy with it and confirm you are ready to go ahead.
Step 5: After you are satisfied with the artwork and confirm it, our team will start to produce your order. Please note that Artwork cannot be revised at this point.
Step 6: We ship your order and notify you by email the tracking details.

Free postage with tracking on all orders, no minimum spend require.
Production time is 5-7 working days after final confirmation for artwork.
Orders will be sent out within 2-3 working days after completion with a tracking number.

1-2 weeks to Australia after shipment
1-3 weeks to Europe and North America after shipment
2-5 weeks to the rest of the world after shipment
Please note the above delivery time is for reference, delays due to changes, postage handling and public holidays and forces of nature can change these times. We will always do our best to aid our customer with shipping issues.
If you require faster shipping contact us and we will see if your time frame can be met.
For international purchases no taxes will be charged. Please note international buyers are responsible for any possible customs duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees or tariffs levied after the initial postage. These fees are separate from the cost of postage charged and vary by country. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

1.Will I receive an artwork proof before production?
Yes, all customers will receive proofs before production.
2.Where and how do I send my details for personalisation?
You can upload your photos and text at the time of ordering. If you have not added sufficient information during ordering or wish to change something, simply email us at assistant@inlandgifts.com or send us a message through our website.
3.Can I change the designs shown on your website?
Yes, you can, you can pick and choose between designs, or choose not to include a date or title for example, just be sure to let us know when ordering.
If you require more customisation, it can be done but at an additional cost. Please contact us if you require this service.
4.Can I revise artwork you send to me?
Yes, you can, you have unlimited revisions until you are 100% with the designs. We will have emails communications back and forth with you to check and confirm all the details. Please also note that once you approve the final artwork then you cannot ask us to revise the artwork at this point.
5.Can I provide my own design to be engraved?
Please send us your design, our team will review your information and then decide whether your design is suitable to be engraved.
